Product Overview
GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear is widely used in power plants, substations, factories, mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other powers users. It is designed in line with the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. In the power distribution system with ac 50Hz, rated operating voltage 380V and rated current up to 3150A, it is used for power conversion, distribution, control of power distribution equipment and power lighting and capacitance compensation.
GGD meets the standards of GB7251.12(Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies - Part 2: Power Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies), IEC60439-1(Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies - Part 1: Type-tested and Partially type-tested Assemblies ) and IEC60529(Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures).

Application Environment
1. Ambient air temperature is not higher than 40ºC and not lower than -5ºC. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than 35ºC.
2. The product should be installed and used indoor. The elevation should not exceed 2000m.
3.The air should be clean. At highest temperature 40ºC, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. The relative humidity could be higher at lower temperature( e.g. 90% at +20ºC). Consideration should be given to the possibility of accidental condensation due to temperature changes.
4. The inclination of the vertical plane should not be more than 5%.
5. Pollution level:3. The installation site shall have no harmful gas, steam, electric conductive or explosive dust.
6. The equipment shall be installed in places where there is no violent vibration and where the electrical components are not corroded.
7. If the user has special requirements or the above conditions could not be satisfied, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
Structure Features
The cabinet of GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear adopts the general cabinet form. The frame is assembled by local welding of 8FM cold bending steel. It has high universal level with 20 die mounting holes.
The heat dissipation problem is fully considered. There are different numbers of cooling slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical elements in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and passes through the upper slots, while cool air is constantly replenished by the lower end of the slot. The sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation shaft from the bottom up, which achieves heat dissipation purpose.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, so as to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus-bar. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The GGD cabinet adopts HD or HS series rotary operation knife switch. User can operate GGD conveniently in front of the cabinet. It can also use new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to the needs of users, because the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility.
