Overview
ZGS Composite Substation is a domestic American substation introduced by Guangzhou YiBian Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. As an important power supply unit of the Cable distribution network., the substation is widely used in urban and rural power distribution networks. This is a product consists of high pressure control, protection, substation, as well as the distribution equipment. It is a package of pre-installed products.
The product place high voltage load switch, high voltage fuse in transformer oil, having two kinds of structure: sharing the same tank with transformer or having separated tanks. The oil tank is fully sealed with oil temperature gauge, oil gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, oil discharge valve and other components to monitor the operation condition of the transformer. The product have 3 power supply modes: circular net type, terminal type and dual power supply mode. In order to make this product more suitable for the actual requirements of China's power grid, the fusing of plug - type dry fuse does not affect the performance of transformer.
According to the complexity of the requirements of low pressure feed out, the composite substation has three structure forms, including standard, reinforced, and comprehensive type. Users will be more flexible and more economic when choosing the suitable model.
Operation Conditions
Ambient temperature: from -30ºC to +40ºC.
Elevation: lower than 2000m.
Wind speed: 34m/s.
Humidity: the average daily and monthly relative humidity is less than 95%.
Shockproof: horizontal acceleration is not greater than 0.4m/S2, and the vertical acceleration is not greater than 0.15m/S2;
Installation site slope: no greater than 3°.
Installation environment: ambient air is not corrosive, no flammable gas or other obvious pollution, installation site no violent vibration;
If the user has special requirements or the above conditions could not be satisfied, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
Product handling and transportation
On both sides of the than there are lifting lugs. The angle between the lifting ropes shall not be greater than 60°(as the feature). If necessary, wire rope should be supported by rods, so as not to cause any deformation of the tank or the hook.
The substation should keep the normal state of upright and be fixed to prevent sliding. The transport process should be uniform. Measures should be taken to prevent that the force of one side is too large when the substation is passing through downhills and rough roads.
Note: for the case of no lifting lugs, use the four boom brace on the bottom trailer.
Precautions
When installing the elbow cable plug, all relevant equipment must be cut off.The elbow type cable plug shall not be used for closing the short circuit fault. If it is closed to the fault, the sleeve and the elbow plug should be replaced.
200A bracket cable plug shall be installed and operated by personnel who are familiar with and master safety knowledge and operating procedures of high voltage electrical equipment.
For test point voltage measurement, user shall use a dedicated voltage meter.Test points should be dry and clean.
Elbow cable plug has high electrical insulation and sealing performance. Its installation quality is greatly influnced by the interface state.Therefore, it is necessary to clean the interface and apply silicone grease evenly. Otherwise, it will cause flashover and even breakdown due to the presence of conductive impurities and moisture.
When the equipment is tested for withstand voltage, the arrester shall be removed and replaced with an insulating protective cap to seal the interface. All connected devices must be disconnected when the elbow arrester is installed or maintained.
