YB-12(24)/0.4type high pressure/low pressure pre-installed transformer substation(hereinafter referred to as the box-type substation) is a high-efficiency transformer substation composed of high-pressure chamber, transformer room and low pressure chamber. It is suitable for power system with rated voltage of 12kV.It has advantages of complete, portable, less land occupation, reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation and maintenance, and less investment demand, It is applicable to the residential area, large sites, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, city lights street lamp control distribution, oil fields, mines, narrow streets, temporary electricity utilization etc.
This substation meets the standard requirements of GB17467-2010. It has circuit breaker to avoid faulty operations. It can also prevent on-load switching off, prevent closing the grounding switch on-load, prevent the grounding switch from sending power when grounding and prevent people from entering into charged interval.

Operation Conditions
Altitude: no more than 2,000 meters.
Ambient temperature: up to 40 ºC;Lower limit: - 30 ºC, in cold areas: - 40 ºC.
Wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34m/s).
Seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.Avoid fire or explosion.
No violent vibration. The vertical gradient is less than 5 °. Avoide seriously polluted places( e.g. chemical corrosion).
If the above environmental conditions could not be met, the user shall consult with the manufacturer.
Structure Overview
The structure of this series of product is frame structure. It is welded after special anti-corrosion treatment. The shell can be made of composite board, and stick with non-metal ceramic tiles .The top of the box has double-decker structure, which has the function of heat insulation and exhaust cooling.
All operations are carried out when the cabinet door is closed. The substation has the complete and effective "five defense" function, preventing misoperation.
Input and outlet mode:

The high voltage side power supply system can have various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc. High pressure measuring elements can also be installed to meet the requirements of high voltage measurement.
In transformer room, user can choose low-loss oil-immersed transformer or dry type transformer. The transformer is equipped with self-starting forced air cooling system and lighting system.With both natural ventilation and forced ventilation adopted the ventilation cooling performance is good.The transformer room has temperature controller, which can automatically control the temperature of transformer and ensure the good operation.
In the low pressure room, it be equipped with the required power supply plan according to the user's requirements, including the panel, the screen loading type and the drawer type structure.There are multiple functions including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, power measurement and energy measurement etc., which could meet different requirements, facilitating power supply management and improving the quality of power supply.
High pressure room can be equipped with heater to prevent condensation and corrosion.
This series of product have integral and compartmentalized structure. User will adopt the integral structure if no special requirements.
To ensure safety, the box-type substation should be equipped with protective railings.
