Production Description The dry-type transformers supplied by our company are deigned and manufactured with the imported technology of resin-casting, vacuum pressure impregnating and GEORG silicon cutting machine. Product's technical performance fully comply with GB6450 standards and IEC726 standards.
The products have the following features:
1) high flame retardancy, with high safety factors for installation in load center;
2) low loss;
3) compact size, light weight and easy for installation;
4) No pollution and maintenance free;
5) high humid-resistance;
6) low partial discharge;
7) Strong mechanical strength and no crack;
8) low noise.
These dry-type transformers have been widely used for power transformation and transmission system, hotels, high buildings, commercial centers, stadium, petrochemical plant, airport, railway station and offshore platform. Especially when the installation space is limited, the installation is near load center or where special fire-requirements is given, the compact size and high flame-retardancy feature could have full advantages.
Service Conditions
Cooling methods: There are totally two type of cooling methods, that is air natural (AN) and air forced. For transformers with AN or AF cooling methods, good air-ventilation should be guaranteed within the installation environment. When transformers are installed in environment with poor air-ventilation effect, heat-dispersion facilities must be added, the air ventilation volume should be considered and arranged as per 4m3/min.Different protection levels are provided: IP00, IP20, IP23 and etc..The altitude should be less than 1000 meters and ambient temperature should be lower than 40 C degrees. Otherwise, adjustment should be made as per GB6450 or IEC 726.
Product Loading and Unloading
Transformer could be handled with forklift, crane-mobile and etc..Loading/unloading must be carried out as per Authority's regulations.At the four corners of the package (near the ends of the wooden pallet), marks of "lift from here" are painted. When lifting the transformers, steel rope should be placed here, as indicated in Fig.1. For transformer without package or when lifting transformer from the package, the lifting plates on the transformer should be used, the angle between the steel rope should be less than 60 degrees, as indicated in Fig.2.Special attentions should be given when loading and unloading the transformers.
Inspection & AcceptanceWhen customer receives the transformer, inspection should be carried out immediately.
Check the information indicated in the nameplate conform to the order requirements, for example, product type, rated capacity, rated voltage, vector group, impedance and etc..Check whether the documents are complete.Check the components within the package conform to the packing list.Check whether the transformer is damaged during the transportation, whether transformer components is displaced or damaged during the transportation, whether the wirings are becoming loose, whether there is any crack or insulation damage, or whether there is polluted parts or foreign substances within the package. Meanwhile, if any supporting pole is used during transportation, please remove them.After inspection and if the transformer will not be put into operation immediately, the transformer should be re-packed and stored within the safe and dry indoor storages, to avoid the possible damages and stealing.
